Guiteras Elementary School in Bristol, Rhode Island was founded in the 1920’s and is a school for grades Kindergarten through fifth grade, including special education. Guiteras is known as, "the school with a view," because it is located on the water. It is located in a nice area and one of the goals of the school is to have the students outside as much as possible. Guiteras Elementary School is known to be one of the high-performing elementary schools in Rhode Island. There are about 290 students who attend Guiteras Elementary School. A frequently updated school website is a huge help and huge step to getting and keeping parents involved in their child's academics. The teaching staff at Guiteras strive to meet the needs of each individual student.
